(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the employment of persons with disabilities. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：具备建设部颁发的建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质或建筑装修装饰工程专业承包二级及其以上资质，拟派项目经理具备建筑工程注册建造师二级及其以上资格。本项目专门面向中小企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: Possessing a third-level or higher qualification certificate for general contracting of architectural engineering issued by the Ministry of Construction, or a second-level or higher qualification certificate for specialized contracting of architectural decoration and renovation engineering. The intended project manager shall have a second-level or higher qualification as a registered constructor for architectural engineering. This project is specifically procured from small and medium-sized enterprises.

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
